Is this therapy?

No. Coaching is not therapy and does not replace mental health care. It complements therapeutic work by offering insight, structure, and forward-focused application. Many clients choose to work with both simultaneously.

What is it like to work with you—especially if I don’t yet know exactly what I need?

It’s common to arrive with a sense that something needs attention, without having clear language for it yet. The work begins by helping you identify a grounded intention for a defined period of time—whether that’s a single session or a longer program. Sessions are collaborative, structured, and adaptable, with everything we do tying back to that intention so the work remains focused, relevant, and supportive of forward movement.

Do I need to be grieving to work with you?

Not at all. While some people arrive during periods of loss or major transition, this work also supports clarity, identity alignment, resilience, leadership development, and personal evolution—at any stage of life.

How do sessions work, and how soon will I hear back after reaching out?

Sessions and engagements are available both virtually and in person, depending on location, format, and scope. You can expect a personal response to inquiries within 1–2 business days.
