It\u2019s a bit of a whining day, Folks.<\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n

I\u2019m not settling in to going back to work<\/span><\/a> very well.<\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

I feel like I can\u2019t catch my breath and as if I\u2019m even more unprepared and harried than I\u2019ve been.<\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

We were late for Beauty\u2019s soccer game today, thinking we had to leave the house at noon, for a match that began at noon.<\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

Seventy-five minutes from home.<\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

Fortunately I noticed our mistake shortly after eleven-thirty, so we at least made it to see that last half.<\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

A headache is claiming my brain tonight.<\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

You know, there are some weeks when we feel as if we\u2019re spinning our wheels or as if nothing seems to be going right.<\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

During those times, it\u2019s hard to recognize the Happy, but there\u2019s always something, Journeyers.<\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

We just have to recognize them.<\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

One of this week\u2019s moments came as I drove to work at that unbelievably nasty hour of six-twenty in the morning.<\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

There was ICE on my windshield, Journeyers, a heavy frost that didn\u2019t brush away with the wipers.<\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

<\/span>The digital display in my car said thirty-four degrees!<\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

But as I begged for the heat to get cranking, look at the amazing shades of a red sunrise I saw ahead of me.<\/span><\/div>\n
<\/a><\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Yesterday, Warren pulled a bottle of soda from the case.<\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\u201cHey, Honey,\u201d he said a little while later, \u201cany idea why this cap would be red?\u201d<\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\u201cCheck the case to see if it says anything,\u201d I said, and after he hollered there was no mention, I told him to Google it.<\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\u201cHey, maybe it\u2019s a free trip to someplace like Aruba.\u201d<\/span><\/div>\n
<\/a><\/div>\n
<\/o:p><\/span> <\/div>\n
The thought alone was joyful, Journeyers, and for a silly, dreamy few minutes I danced around the kitchen.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\u201cWe might be going to Aaaar-uuubaaaa,\u201d I sang.<\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n
<\/span><\/div>\n
The only reference Warren could find was to a 2009 contest.<\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n
<\/span><\/div>\n
I\u2019m still holding out hope, though!<\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n
<\/span><\/div>\n
