I noticed my aunt looking over her shoulder in Warren\u2019s direction.<\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n

\u201cIs she giving you the dirty eye?\u201d<\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n

\u201cI think it\u2019s \u2018the evil eye,\u2019 Annah,\u201d he said. \u201cThat\u2019s another one of your Annah-isms. I\u2019ve heard of lazy eye, evil eye, brown eye, and dirty look but never the dirty eye.\u201d<\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n
