Peanut, my fifteen-year-old son who is expected to be six-foot-two, loves a hearty breakfast.<\/o:p><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

A home-cooked spread of meat, eggs, fruit, bread, milk and\/or juice will draw a smile to that boy\u2019s face any day of the week and any hour of the day.<\/o:p><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

And I love whipping up some of his favorites on those lazy mornings when Duty isn\u2019t pulling me in fifty different directions.<\/o:p><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

The entire ordeal brings me joy.<\/o:p><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
From the griddle my mother gave me\u2026<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

To the serving pieces I use\u2026t<\/span>oday’s bowl is one of my grandmother\u2019s that was passed down to me\u2026<\/span><\/div>\n

To the smile on my boy\u2019s face, a delightful, toothy grin he refused to share with the camera\u2026<\/span><\/div>\n
